Promote a nationwide, federally enforced, end to the death penalty.

The death penalty is flawed; it has failed to deter crime, resulted in the death of too many innocent Americans, discriminated against a portion of the population, put the United States at odds with the western world, and challenges Constitutional rights. In order for a falling super power to return to soaring heights changes me must be made at home, the death penalty must go.
