To whom it may concern,
It is common knowledge that there is ample Federal land that is devoid of infrastructure and a populous. This petition is asking for 3 separate actions:
1. Provide locations for new small communities using Federal (public) land, for less than market value, to individual people.
2. Provide grants to these communities' inhabitants that promote zero-waste systems and highly efficient housing.
3. Create waste guidelines that will set an example for the entire USA and eventually the world.
These three steps will promote use of new technology, lower cost of living, practical competition, experimental infrastructure, job growth and happiness. We demand efficient communities NOW!
