Promote a non-political science curriculum emphasizing the scientific method.

Created by W.N. on December 23, 2011

Currently, science curriculums do not emphasize the scientific method sufficiently. Instead, political factions have hijacked these curriculums. The student is required to memorize historic conclusions of scientists, particularly those who have written extensively and whose works can be used for a political agenda. Instead, students must be taught to form their own conclusions from the body of evidence, as opposed to being indoctrinated as to what others have said the evidence means. Budding scientists should be encouraged to be skeptical and to apply original thinking. By so doing, the advancement of science in this and future generations is more likely to occur.
