The Israeli/Palestinian conflict continues to displace and disenfranchise thousands of Palestinians. Many are without home and country and are completely unable to integrate into the states in which they find themselves.
For these reasons, I propose a two part solution.
1. Offer Palestinian refugees who have been unable to integrate into their host countries the option to relocate to the United States. Extra incentives can be offered to help repopulate "dying towns" and rural areas where entreprenuership and fresh blood are desperately needed.
2. Host countries assisting in the program would offer a stipend to help relocate and integrate families and individuals who decide to move forward with the process. This money would help procure the family subsidized housing, etc.
