No American wants the government to shutdown, again. Both Republicans and Democrats should make concessions to enact fair reform and keep the government open. I propose that Republicans allow the President's executive action to become permanent in exchange for Democrats passing a tougher border security bill, enacting a mandatory e-verify program, and increased visas for temporary and high tech workers.
