Reward companies that voluntarily work to reduce income disparity - offer tax breaks to companies where the top income is no more than 100x the bottom income, including wages AND bonuses. For example, if the lowest-paid employees get $20,000/year, the company gets breaks if the top people make no more than $2,000,000/year. Bosses who want to be millionaires are still allowed to be millionaires, and those who still want more can benefit by giving more to their employees as well.
