Promote safety in every school system nationwide by requiring school buses to have seat belts for each student.

Because of recent school bus related accidents, all schools should promote safety by including seat belts in every one of their school buses. It only makes sense that if society wants every driver to wear seat belts when driving, then school buses should be the primary focus to prepare students to do the same when they began driving.
