All parents regardless of income should be able to research and enroll their kids in schools that may best suit the needs of their children. If they find schools that are under performing than they should have the right to move to other schools of their choice. Schools and teachers that can't perform to should not continue too be funded. This policy would enhance the opportunity for all our children in the Nation and in particular inner city poorer kids to improve their education experience. Children are our Nations Future.
