UFOs and the possible existence of Extra-Terrestrial life has captured the imagination of the american populace for decades. Many individuals have dedicated countless hours of their time to investigate this phenomenon, which has yielded thousands of witnesses and plenty of physical evidence. Many suggest that the government has additional evidence it is witholding as classified, as well.
This petition is for the government to create a program wherein it works openly and with fully transparency with the UFO Investigative community and the scientific community to investigate UFOs. All information regarding UFOs that cannot be attributed to man-made objects (read: spy planes, etc) should be disclosed as part of this program. It shall also be open to all citizens to participate.
