Promote a tax break for middle-class parents of children with good grades as a way to improve our education system.

Education reform can't be done by teachers alone. Parents need to be more involved. As an incentive, let's give parents of children in public school a tax break if their children receive high grades or high test scores. Similar to how the auto insurance industry offers lower rates for children with good grades.
