Quenya, the High-elven tongue, was created by J.R.R. Tolkien as part of his legendary Middle-earth. Although it does not have a vocabulary as large as many other languages, it is a beautiful tongue and should be better known and appreciated as part of the incredible world of Middle-earth. Learning Quenya represents creativity and originality through encouraging teens to expand their horizons by exploring and experiencing new languages.
