That the administration should:
Require all federal civil servants to wear clown suits and appropriate makeup while performing their official duties, including floppy shoes of at least size 18 and red nose appliances.
Require all presidential appointees to dress in traditional harlequin costume with belled cap and mask while working or appearing in public.
Support legislation in Congress to require all elected officials in the legislative and executive branches to wear clearly visible patches on their clothing displaying the logos of their top five corporate or organizational campaign contributors including unions and PACs. These labels should be of such a size as to be easily identified by viewers on television and positioned on the upper front part of any clothing worn in public
