All citizens of the United States should have a guaranteed right to vote in all Federal Elections for President and US Congress and no state or other jurisdiction shall have the right to deny the right to vote to any US Citizen regardless of their status.
States may still deny the right to vote for state and local officials if they choose to do so but may not prevent any US Citizen from casting a vote for candidates who represent them in the Federal Government.
