Promote the use of the term "Sea Panda" as the preferred non-threatening term to replace "Killer Whale".

For too long, Orca have been victims of bigotry and bias simply because of an arbitrary moniker. Being no more prone than other carnivores to kill their prey, the "K" word is an unfair and exclusionary attribution. Not only does this represent an ideal opportunity for the administration to improve cross-species sensitivity, but the "K" word also conveys an unwanted and mostly unwarranted stigma for anyone who might attempt to do research regarding this species. The total resources spent by Homeland Security and other anti-terror and law enforcement agencies clearing individuals who have been flagged for using such search terms on the Internet or over the phone lines could surely be better spent educating the populous about the truly majestic nature of these creatures.
