Super Bowl monday should be a national holiday, requiring overtime pay be paid to those that work the holiday. Many already use personal/sick/vacation time to take the day off already, this will provide a government mandate to getting the day off. Plus the wait from national holiday New Years day to the next national holiday Memorial Day is the longest of the year, this will break that up.
