The incompetence of this many police officers has caused undue fear and distrust in the community to where this can be seen as War or Terrorism. The location of these murders show a pattern of attacking our underprivileged neighborhoods and people, especially minorities, either for true harm or sport. We demand proof that these public servants are not acting with protected rights AND we need proof that their job is truly to protect and serve all citizens in all communities. We also need proof that this applies in all places equally.
This petitition calls for:
The Complete Overhaul and Restructuring of 1)Police Hiring practices (including Psych evaulations),
2) Training,
3) Recertification (including Psych Evaluations)
AND
4) Community Oversight with Federal backing by Agency or Law.
