The Government currently has failed to uphold the first amendment by supporting paticular religious beliefs. It brands "One Nation, Under God" on money and buildings, this supports the idea that there is one god, which shows favors to Muslims, Christians, and Jews over Buddists, Hindus, Atheists, and all other people who believe in no god or multiple gods. We the people would like all references to God to be removed from money, buildings, the pledge, and other official government areas. This includes the picture of Moses in the Supreme Court.the separation of Church and State is an important ideal that was designed to prevent those of certain beliefs from claiming superiority to others, based on the governments endorsement of their beliefs and to stop religion from affecting laws.
