Properly make child support recipients pay tax on monies received

Created by K.G. on November 14, 2012

Parents who receive child support needs to be taxed for additional income. The funds given to parents are free money and not taxed. With this money being taxed it can only help with the debt of America. there are billioins of child support money that is not taxed and the average payee pays $600.00 per month per child. Just in my state of North Caarolina I would estimate 1,000,000+ dollars in untaxed money monthly are going thru the system.
The payee works hard and is taxed for all the money but the recipient is not required to pay taxes on it
