My petition is to train law enforcement properly that if they may shoot, shoot to wound not to kill. There are more than 5 cases that innocent African American teenagers that has been killed by our law enforcement, that had been made to protect us. Doing this petition I will like to avoid any future cases that are similar to these cases. I'm not saying all our law enforcement is bad, because that's not the case. All I'm saying is I would like them trained to not shoot so fast, and take a life that was not doing anything to begin with.
