This proposal is to allow companies that purchase a new natural gas powered tractor tailors that were at least 90% made and manufactured in the United States the ability to write that cost off. This would incite companies to purchase these trucks over oil powered trucks, cut down on foreign oil consumption, increase manufacturing in America, as well as cut down on green house gas emissions.
