We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

A proposal to challenge the legitimacy of the Presidential Electoral College at the United States Supreme Court

Created by J.K. on November 09, 2016

The Preamble to the United States of America Constitution reads that "We the People" and not "We the States" formed the United States of America. Yet, for the second time in recent history the winner of the Popular Vote that represents "We the People" has lost to the winner of the Electoral College that represents "We the States" and old an antiquated system of deciding the President of the United States of America has prevailed. The Obama Administration and congressional leaders should fulfill the true creed of the United States Constitution and file a lawsuit disputing the legitimacy of the Electoral College to represent the people's will and instead argue in favor of the Popular Vote to decide the United States Presidency in front of the United States Supreme Court.
