Proposal to create a retirement age for all executive and judicial positions

I want to create a maximum age for people who serve as president or in judicial positions. I believe it's important that the fate of our nation be left in the hands of those most effected long term by the choices our leaders make. I believe that 65 years of age should be the retirement age for both the judicial and executive branches of government at the federal and state level.
