Proposal to require ALL businesses to be bound by law to properly and clearly identify themselves on ALL correspondence including but not limited to mail, email, caller ID, etc. to protect consumers from businesses that are not straightforward enough to voluntarily identify themselves. Proposal to include all government and political correspondence.
