Propose a .02c tax on every wall street transaction

This petition will highlight the need for a 'per transaction' tax of .02c on each of the millions of transactions everyday.

This will give Wall St a chance to give back to the American economy that they had a hand in the collapse of.
Most transactions are not for the benefit of the average stock holders 401k, but instead for the benefit of wealthy brokers , hedge fund managers and Wall St banks..
