I submit that this is actually a progressive tax relative to the current system: The current system allows many extremely wealthy corporations to pay NO taxes. It will also eliminate the responsibility of the IRS to determine what constitutes a social welfare tax-exempt organization, thus completely eliminating its potential for bias.
