Propose the 28 Amendment. Set term limits to Senators And Congressmen.

Created by J.A. on January 12, 2013

Term limits for Senators And Congressmen. No Senator shall serve more than 2 terms of 5 years and no Congressmen shall serve more than 1 term of 7 years. Every person shall be able to take a turn and represent the people of there state. This would eliminate career politicians. The founding Fathers did not intend serving congress or senate to be a life time job. At the time the representatives have finished their terms. They would still be eligible to serve as Vice president or President.
