CONGRESS (past, present & future) PARTICIPATES IN SOCIAL SECURITY: All funds in the confessional retirement fund move over into the social security system immediately. All future funds continue to flow into the social security system and Congress will participate in it.
CONGRESS MUST PURCHASE THEIR OWN RETIREMENT PLAN
CONGRESS WILL NO LONGER VOTE THEMSELVES A PAY RAISE.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 2.5%
CONGRESS LOSSES THEIR CURRENT HEALTHCARE PLAN OR PLANS
They must use Obamacare
