Propose an act called the Visual-Spatal learning ACT. That help kids learn better and change how they get it.

This act makes it so all teachers have to go to a conference at different times to learn how to tach to kids that are Visual-Spatal. This can increase the number of kids that graduate and do more. We need this because the kids need it.
