Due to the high responsibility of Congress to the American People, and the fact that they are government employees which makes them employees of the American People, it is proposed that they be required to talk mandatory and random drug tests. The use of drugs and illegal substances by some member of Congress has been well documented, and we must keep our legislators who are paid by the American People's taxes drug free.
