propose an amendment to the Constitution that allows for the recall of Senators & US Representatives by a people's vote

We the people of the United States of America should not be shackled to the infamous joke that is our Congress. We deserve the right to relieve members of Congress who do not perform their job description to the satisfaction of the state/district they represent. It is apparent that Congress has not performed their job description adequately that as of October 9, 2013 that Congress has an approval rating of 5%, according to the Associated Press. I propose an amendment to the Constitution that allows states and districts to be able to conduct a recall similar to how a governor can be recalled - first by a petition and followed by a recall referendum.
