Propose an Amendment to the Constitution to ban all forms of oligarchy in the 3 main branches of the Federal Government.

This petition is to intended to prevent dynasties (reference the Clintons or Bushes) from gaining a disproportionate amount of power for a disproportionate amount of time. The potential for abuses grows as nepotism and oligarchy shields friends and family members. I propose that the power exerted by an oligarchy is ultimately damaging to the nation. Political leanings come and go as parties are unseated at election. The oligarchy has the potential to swing the course of actions faster, and with less caution, as favors are rewarded, not based on needs or merit, but in the form of oligarchy.
