Propose an amendment to the Constitution granting all citizens the right to marry, regardless of gender and orientation.

Created by T.K. on December 30, 2012

This petition is in hopes of an amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America. The amendment will grant all citizens, regardless of race, gender, and sexual orientation to marry and to receive the same benefits as any other married couple. All laws in conflict with the amendment will be voided, including DOMA, state laws, and amendments to state constitutions that ban gay marriage.
