PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION:

The United States or any State may not pass any law giving power over internal organs of any citizen.

Passage of this amendment would automatically strike down any abortion restriction passed by any state, or legislature, or any law passed by executive order.

The United States Government, or any State Government may have the power to enforce this legislation with police protection for any or all hospitals and abortion clinics.
