Propose an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States to establish each State Electoral College votes for the Office of the President and Vice President of the United States will be pledged by the Electoral Designee from the popular vote of the individual Congressional District.

Our current electoral system removes the People's voice from elections and transforms five states into the only votes that matter.

Congressional District: 1 vote for popular vote of district.
Senate: 2 votes for popular vote of the state.
