Propose an amendment to the Constitution that would declare that Al Franken is not a person under the law (and therefore ineligible for office). The amendment would further declare that corporations or any other group of American citizens are permitted to engage in advocacy for any activity which is legal under the laws of the United States and that no citizen of the United States can be prohibited from contributing to,in any amount, or otherwise supporting any activity or group whose existence or activities are legal under the laws of the United States.
