Propose an Amendment to the United States Constitution to abolish the Electoral College and instate a condorcet vote

This is a petition to press President Obama to support an amendment to the United States Constitution that would abolish the electoral college and instigate a form condorcet method voting. Condorcet method voting is a style of voting in which candidates are ranked 1st through nth (n depending on the number of candidates) and the one with the highest rank votes altogether wins. Condorcet method voting is fundamental to the expansion of a third party and even more political parties in the United States. For more information on condorcet voting check this:
