Propose and enact the 28th Amendment to the Constitution: Create term limits for members of Congress.

I propose a Constitutional amendment be introduced for term limits to be enacted for members of Congress. I propose a limit of three four-year terms for members of the House of Representatives and a limit of two six-year terms for the Senate.
