Propose and push for a constitutional amendment that limits the terms of Congressmen and Senators.

If two (2) terms is sufficient for the president, then a limit on the terms of Congressmen and Senators is also proper. I would suggest a two term limit on Senators and a 4 term limit on Congressman ensuring that no person serves more than 20 years in the Congress. That is enough.
