propose and push hard for the creation of a new cabinet position of the United States Department of Peacebuidling

This would be in honor of the innocent victims of senseless violence and also in honor of Dr. King [a Nobel Peace Prize recipient] and Jesus [the Prince of Peace]. It would incorporate the Peace Corps, Ameri-Corps, the U.S. Institute of Peace, el al. At a very modest cost it could study the underlying causes of and recommend ways to address and prevent this kind of Newtown massacre and all kinds of domestic violence not only in our own nation, but the underlying causes of war and genocide in other countries, which often lose many times the number of innocent victims in war. The President [another Nobel Peace Prize recipient] could hold a "Peace and Reconciliation Rally" for millions of people in the Washington Mall and other parts of our country as a yearly event.
