Put forth and encourage legislation which directly ties congressional (and other elected governmental positions) salaries be tied directly to those of their constituents.
Pay each congressional representative the median income of the people in the district which they represent.
Provide each member of the Congress and Senate the same medical healthcare afforded our active duty service members.
Institute penalties for high unemployment, and bonuses for job growth.j
Close the "revolving door" of elected official to lobbyist, by making it a felony to regulate a sector in which one has worked in the previous 5 years, or to lobby in a sector which one has regulated in the previous 5 years.
It's time to tie PAY and BENEFITS to PERFORMANCE.
