Propose a ban on all zero-tolerance policies at schools.

Every day we read about how zero-tolerance policies at schools are criminalizing normal and healthy play activity done by our nations children. It is time we stop school administrators from hiding behind ridiculous zero tolerance policies and force them to actually use rational judgement when assessing the actions of our nations students.
