Propose a bi-law that says a business has to re-plant 30% of the trees they cut down to build their business on.

As a group we have the intentions to propose to the U.S. Government that we should enforce a bi-law that states an incoming business has to replenish 30% of the trees and vegetation it tears down to construct it's new building. We have seen various uprising and ageing businesses of all dimensions demolish acres of trees in order to have a cleared landscape for their new buildings. This has arose an ecological disturbance with the oxygen levels in several urban areas to plummet. The result of success with this petition will encourage the quality of living in these urban areas more plentiful and make the incoming landscapes of future businesses and homes more beautiful.
