Propose a bill to allow consumption of alcohol at 18 because if you can serve your country why can't you drink alcohol

This bill should allow anyone at the age of 18 or older to consume alchohol leaf ally because if you can serve your country you should be able to drink what you want. If the government can legally draft you into the military and you can't drink alchohol there is simply a problom.
