A majority of Americans oppose abortion in all or most instances.
At the same time it is legal in every state.
This standard was established by Roe v. Wade, a case that took place in 1973.
This precedent does not represent the will or desire of the American people. It is antiquated.
Recently several states have been restricted in their attempts to pass laws limiting abortion and have been kept from the ability to ban it. In furtherance of the democratic process we ask this administration to propose a bill before Congress that will allow our voices to be represented.
