Propose a bill that enables term limits in congress.

Congress is supposed to be a representation of the people of the U.S.A by the people of the U.S.A. If everybody elected in congress is only focused on carrying out agendas that please their political Parties who in turn give them funds to get reelected then who in congress really represents the people?
Implementing a time limit to the PRIVILEGE of representing the people of this GREAT country has a lot of good benefits. It continually fosters new ideas by maintaining a government filled with people who want to represent their community, not people looking for a career job. The people in congress are showing us what happens when you simply focus on winning the next election as opposed to operating a government that represents the many diverse communities that make up the U.S.A.
