We believe that laws should be made to encourage those that live off government aid to stand up on their own. Benefits are very hard to receive when needed because too many people clog the system by using it as a permanent means of survival. The welfare system is meant as a safety net, not a lifestyle.
Therefore, the right to vote should be limited when receiving government assistance. Only those that are paying their rent or mortgage on their own without government assistance should be allowed to vote.
The current system does not encourage limiting the size of government, but encourages those receiving assistance to vote for those who offer them even more assistance.
It is a self defeating prophecy that must not be allowed to continue. Please sign to support voter limitations.
