Propose a bill to reform the election process to be determined only by National Popular Vote.

We the people believe that the election process should be reformed and the electoral college should be deemed unconstitutional. It should be the United States Citizen's right to elect the president of the United States by national popular vote only. This would not change results of 2012 election but provide an equal and fair way to elect future presidents of the United States and prevent voter confusion and voter fraud. We believe as Americans that our vote should be the only deciding factor in our elections. This is the only way to continue a true democracy.
