Propose a bill requiring that by 2030, all cars run on electricity.

While we may not like to admit it, humans as a species are slowly destroying out environment. Though one could argue that this is due to factories and consumer culture, those factors are not likely to change. A factor that we do have control over, however, are the cars that we drive. If we as an American people commit to using more environmentally friendly vehicles, a significant impact will be made for the better of the planet. This is why, I propose, that we work towards the complete acceptance and adoption of electric cars. I ask you to support me in pushing the Obama administration to proposing a bill that will require all vehicles in public areas to run on electricity by 2030. While this will not be easy, it will be for the better of both our generation, and those to come.
