Propose a bill that will create a National Constitutional Carry

With the rise in states passing their own Constitutional Carry laws for firearms, shouldn't we recognize what Americans want? The bill would focus solely on the carrying portion of the law, not the matter in which firearms are bought and sold, nor would it focus on the background checks for that matter. Since the recent few states passing this law, there haven't been any increasing amounts of violence related to firearms, quite the contrary. Fear of something only fosters more fear.
