If we merge with Canada (or just add it as a couple more states), the whole American continent would prosper and the Asian countries will not be able to catch up. Although it may take a long time to work out internal problems, it cannot be worse than what we have now. The U.S. and Canada are so close and have so many more similarities than differences, that it mind boggles me why this hasn't came up yet. This can only do good for our economy and probably social law too. Come-on guys vote and lets get this rolling!
